Job Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth studies on the market dynamics, competitors, and customer demands for interconnect products. Collect and analyze relevant data to provide support for expanding the company's interconnect product line.
2. Product Sourcing: Search for, evaluate, and screen potential products of interconnect products, and establish a product resource database.
3. Supplier Management:
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for suppliers on a regular basis, maintain good cooperative relationships, and handle suppliers' problems and disputes.
- To conduct price negotiation and support cost reduction activities.
- Push suppliers for continuous improvement to enhance supply quality and efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Daily Handling of Project RFQs:
- Be responsible for handling the daily RFQs (Requests for Quotation) related to interconnect products, and reply to customers' inquiries and quotation requests promptly and accurately.
- Maintain and update Project RFQ trackers for the interconnect team.
5. Product Management:
- Follow up on the certification process of interconnect product samples to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate and solve technical and quality issues in product production, and propose improvement plans.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. preferred.
2. Have more than 5 years of working experience related to interconnect products. Candidates familiar with the interconnect market and suppliers are preferred.
3. Possess good market analysis and research capabilities and be able to accurately grasp market demands and trends.
4. Have excellent supplier negotiation and management skills and be familiar with the purchasing process and contract terms.
5. Have strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork spirit and be able to effectively coordinate cross-functional resources.
6. Candidates with FAE or engineering experience in the related field of interconnect products are preferred.
7. Have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills and be able to conduct effective cross-functional communication and collaboration with overseas colleagues.
8. Have strong adaptability and cultural sensitivity and be able to work efficiently in a cross-cultural working environment.
