職位描述/ JOB DUTIES:This position will work on investigation and establishment validation/analysis capability of battery material key items of new energy solutions (lithium batteries, hydrogen fuel cells e.g.). And the position is required to engage in the daily validation jobs within chemical lab, as well as process management job.新能源相關(guān)：New energy solution related:1年內(nèi):Within 1 year：鉆研新能源相關(guān)的技術(shù)及應(yīng)用知識，定期向管理層及新能源領(lǐng)域相關(guān)的工程師匯報戰(zhàn)略方向Study and research the new energy upgraded technology and applications. Report the new energy solutions strategy direction to engineers and leadership who are working related with new energy regularly.參考行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，開發(fā)內(nèi)部的電池材料相關(guān)的檢測流程Develop internal battery and fuel cell materials related validation procedures referring industrial standards.與內(nèi)部客戶建立緊密聯(lián)系，幫助客戶明確材料相關(guān)的檢測需求Set up close communication with inner clients, help clients to clarify validation needs on material perspective.初步建立新能源材料相關(guān)的關(guān)鍵項(xiàng)目的檢測能力，包括實(shí)驗(yàn)室場地策劃，合規(guī)及設(shè)備選型，調(diào)試驗(yàn)收等Establish the validation capability for key items of new energy solution material related, including lab layout planning, regulation compliance and equipment selection/acceptance etc. 對于電池裝配，測試等過程，明確安全相關(guān)要求Battery Safety procedures development in assembly and materials related tests與美國專家共同工作的機(jī)會，可能提供2到3個月的在美國技能培訓(xùn)Communicate with USA colleagues. Potential 2~3 months on job training in USA to learn the required skills and knowledge.2年內(nèi)：Within 2 years 通過與內(nèi)部客戶緊密溝通及供應(yīng)商現(xiàn)場訪問、審核，發(fā)起并管理新能源解決方案相關(guān)的項(xiàng)目如電池質(zhì)量提高，制造過程工藝優(yōu)化，問題解決等。Communicating with company internal clients closely and process capability assessment for battery, hydrogen fuel cell suppliers, launch and organize the new energy solution projects on battery/ fuel cell quality improvement, manufacturing process, troubleshooting etc.進(jìn)一步拓展材料檢測能力，成為新能源材料相關(guān)的中國區(qū)的測試中心Expand material related testing capabilities and become the testing center for new energy materials in China region.3-5 年內(nèi)：3~5 years:建立電池設(shè)計能力Develop battery design capability化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常檢測，流程維護(hù)：Chemical lab daily validation, procedure maintenance:參與ISO17025流程維護(hù)，并支持ISO17025再認(rèn)證Participate in ISO17025 process maintenance and support ISO17025 re-accreditation協(xié)助實(shí)驗(yàn)室的化學(xué)品管理及相關(guān)設(shè)備管理Assist in laboratory chemical management and related equipment management協(xié)助化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室相關(guān)檢測，包括不限于金屬樣品相關(guān)微量元素，防腐蝕類測試（中性鹽霧測試-SST，循環(huán)腐蝕測試-CCT）等Assist in chemical related tests, including not limited to metallurgical chemistry analysis, anti-corrosion tests (neutral salt spray test-SST, cyclic corrosion test-CCT) etc.協(xié)助非金屬樣品的相關(guān)性能測試，如拉伸，沖擊，彎曲，老化等Assist in testing of nonmetallic properties tests such as tensile, impact, flexural, aging etc.協(xié)助維護(hù)和提高化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的5SAssist in the 5S maintenance and improvement of the chemical laboratory任職要求/ BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:Required skills and experiences教育背景：化學(xué)類專業(yè)本科及以上Education background: Major in chemistry related, bachelor or above is required良好的英語讀寫能力Good at English reading/writing熟悉辦公軟件如excel，word，power BI等Familiar with excel, word, PowerPoint, power BI etc.良好的溝通能力，團(tuán)隊合作精神Strong communication skill, teamwork spiritDesired skills and experiences項(xiàng)目管理技能優(yōu)先Project management skill is preferred有ISO17025相關(guān)知識者優(yōu)先ISO17025 related knowledge is preferred 職能類別：新能源電池工程師
