Manages the entire department of special price request management for sales support professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure success and alignment with organizational goals. ? Develops and executes business support strategies and initiatives aligned with sales goals and overall business objectives. ? Allocates resources, including personnel and budget, to empower the team with the necessary tools and technology. ? Manages Bid Desk team on an operational level and suggests ideas to improve the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency. ? Fosters collaboration and facilitates communication between the Bid Desk team and other departments to optimize cross-functional operations. ? Monitors and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), taking proactive measures to meet or exceed performance targets. ? Engages with internal and external stakeholders to handle escalations, address issues/concerns, and communicate change updates. ? Manages the organization's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. ? Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching, and career development. ?
