How You’ll Make an Impact
Conduct metallographic inspections for TABS, Cut-Up samples, CVD, welding, and laser-processed samples during production in accordance with work instructions and relevant technical specifications. 按照作業(yè)指導書及相關技術規(guī)范，對生產(chǎn)過程中的 TABS、Cut Up、CVD、焊接、激光等樣品進行金相檢驗。
Promptly report any non-conformances to the supervisor and carry out corrective or follow-up actions as instructed.當發(fā)現(xiàn)不合格項時，及時向主管匯報，并根據(jù)指示執(zhí)行相應的糾正或跟進行動。
Complete all tasks assigned by the supervisor and quality manager within the required timeframe. 按時完成主管及質(zhì)量經(jīng)理安排的各項工作任務。
Perform quarterly material inventory checks as required by internal procedures. 按照公司流程要求，定期完成季度物料盤點工作。
Accurately record all production data, PPQ data, and related inspection information. 準確、真實地記錄所有生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)及 PPQ 數(shù)據(jù)。
Systematically document, manage, and archive all inspection results to ensure traceability and compliance. 系統(tǒng)性地記錄、管理并歸檔所有檢驗結果，確保可追溯性與合規(guī)性。
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Quality Management, or related disciplines. 全日制本科及以上學歷，機械工程、材料科學、質(zhì)量管理或相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Familiarity with metallographic equipment operation, with strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications. 熟悉金相制樣與檢測設備，具備較強的機械圖紙及技術規(guī)范的識讀能力。
Strong teamwork spirit with good communication and coordination skills. 具備良好的團隊合作精神、溝通能力與協(xié)調(diào)能力。
Proficiency in computer operation and common office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 熟練使用電腦及常用辦公軟件（如 Excel、Word、PPT）。
Good command of English for daily communication and document reading. 具備良好的英文溝通能力，能夠進行日常交流與技術文檔閱讀。
