主要職責(zé) Tasks
一、職位概述
1.As a core management position at BSH Chuzhou Dryer Plant, the Production Manager is responsible for leading a high-performance manufacturing team.
作為BSH滁州干衣機工廠核心管理崗位,生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理需引領(lǐng)一支高績效制造團隊。
2.It oversees the entire production process and is guided by the principles of lean manufacturing and operational excellence.
主導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)全流程運營管理,以精益制造與運營卓越理念為核心。
3.The role focuses on continuously optimizing production efficiency, product quality, and cost control to ensure the sustainable and high-quality production of innovative home appliances.
聚焦生產(chǎn)效率、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量與成本控制的持續(xù)優(yōu)化,確保創(chuàng)新家用電器實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)、高質(zhì)量生產(chǎn)。
4.It accurately aligns with business objectives and customer demands, and strictly adheres to safety, environmental, and quality-related standards.
精準(zhǔn)匹配業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)與客戶需求,嚴(yán)格遵守安全、環(huán)保及質(zhì)量相關(guān)規(guī)范。
二、核心職責(zé)(Key Responsibilities)
1.Be fully responsible for the comprehensive management of the value stream.
對價值流進(jìn)行綜合管理。
2.Focus on core links such as intralogistics (Source), assembly, and pre-assembly (MAKE).
重點覆蓋內(nèi)部物流(Source)、裝配及預(yù)裝配(MAKE)等核心環(huán)節(jié)
3.Develop and implement production plans aligned with business targets and customer demand to ensure on-time product delivery and improve cost-effectiveness.
制定并執(zhí)行與業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)、客戶需求相匹配的生產(chǎn)計劃,保障產(chǎn)品準(zhǔn)時交付,提升成本效益。
4.Strictly supervise the entire production process to ensure products meet quality standards.
嚴(yán)格監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)全過程,確保產(chǎn)品符合質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
5.Ensure production activities comply with safety regulations and environmental requirements (EHS), and identify and control safety risks.
確保生產(chǎn)活動遵守安全規(guī)范及環(huán)保要求(EHS),排查并管控安全風(fēng)險。
6. Lead the strategic resource planning of the value stream.
主導(dǎo)價值流的戰(zhàn)略資源規(guī)劃。
Including preparatory work such as master planning, cost control, investment planning, and human resource allocation.
包括總體計劃、成本控制、投資規(guī)劃及人力資源配置等前期籌備工作。
7.Take full responsibility for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the value stream area, covering safety, quality, cost, delivery, etc.
對價值流區(qū)域內(nèi)的關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)(KPI)全面負(fù)責(zé),涵蓋安全、質(zhì)量、成本、交付等維度。
8.Be responsible for KPI target setting, regular monitoring, reporting, and promoting targeted improvement measures.
負(fù)責(zé)KPI目標(biāo)設(shè)定、定期監(jiān)控、匯報,并推動針對性改進(jìn)措施。
9.Organize value stream-related workshops.
組織價值流相關(guān)工作坊。
10.Define key work directions and systematic Continuous Improvement (CIP) projects, lead and monitor project implementation, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost optimization.
明確重點工作方向及系統(tǒng)性持續(xù)改進(jìn)(CIP)項目,主導(dǎo)并監(jiān)督項目實施,聚焦安全、質(zhì)量、交付及成本優(yōu)化。
11.Build high-performance teams.
打造高績效團隊。
12.Be responsible for the training, coaching, and motivation of team members, tap into employee potential, establish a sense of ownership, and identify and develop potential leaders.
負(fù)責(zé)人員的培養(yǎng)、指導(dǎo)與激勵,挖掘員工潛力,樹立主人翁意識,識別并培養(yǎng)潛在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。
13.Continuously improve the work environment and working conditions.
