Job Description: - Responsible for requirement analysis and mechanical development of E-motor according to customer and Bosch internal requirements. - Prepare product specifications (2D/3D) and technical specifications for products. - Prepare and follow up DFMEA and validation plan. - Responsible for technical review and communication with colleagues and suppliers to ensure parts quality. - Technical release of mechanical parts. - Support quality department to solve outsourcing quality problems and customer quality issues. - Support manufacturing for sample build and quality issues. Job Qualification: Essential： - Master’s degree of above, major in mechanical design or electromechanical engineering. - Min. 3 years of relevant mechanical development experience. - Proficient in mechanical design, familiar with relevant methods (e.g. DRBFM, FMEA, DFMEA). - Strong communication skills, good teamwork, and good at coordinating internal and external resources. - Passion for work, strong independent work ability. - Fluent in English: reading, writing and speaking (fluent discussion of technical topics possible). Preferred： - Experience in new energy vehicle e-Drive development and related standard. - Experience in E-Motor development. - FEA simulation skill.
