Job Summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Staff or Sr. Staff Electrical Engineer (Advanced Engineering) located in Shenzhen.
該主任硬件工程師/高級主任硬件工程師（大功率電源系統(tǒng)Advanced Engineering）工作地點為深圳。
The Staff Electrical Engineer / Sr Staff Electrical Engineer is accountable for the development of technology and platform for next generation high power supplies. The job encompasses development of leading-edge power system, proof of concept, platform working prototypes, design simulations, patent application and technology presentation materials. This job require engagement with multiple groups on latest available technology, research of new inventions, collaboration with product development design teams.
What a typical day looks like:
? Leading a project to responsible for developing leading-edge design and development from concept stage to working platform within the defined requirements
? Work across functional teams to ensure product meet product specification, cost target, schedule, etc.
? Design concept decision maker, including topology architecture, component selection, PCB layout, EMC, Safety, Reliability etc.
? Provides technology leadership and makes decision on how to solve technical related problems so encountered throughout the development phases
? Design support and issue solving during the product design stage which is handled by the product design team

? 協(xié)同其他部門保證產(chǎn)品滿足目標(biāo)規(guī)格，成本以及交期的需求，
? 負(fù)責(zé)硬件相關(guān)的系統(tǒng)方案設(shè)計和詳細(xì)方案設(shè)計、原理圖設(shè)計和器件選型，負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的EMC設(shè)計、安規(guī)設(shè)計、可靠性設(shè)計，
? 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的調(diào)試測試，輸出設(shè)計開發(fā)相關(guān)的完整交付資料，牽頭負(fù)責(zé)方案在開發(fā)中的技術(shù)問題，
? 為后續(xù)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)階段（由產(chǎn)品設(shè)計團(tuán)隊主持）提供技術(shù)支持
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
? Bachelor (or above) in power electronics or electrical, automation.
? 8 years design experience for BS degree, 5 years design experience for Master degree, 2 years design experience for PhD degree, in high power supply design (Telecom, Server, OBC, EVFC, HVDC, SST ...), independent project design experience. SST design experience is highly preferred.
? Strong Power electronics / power supply design knowledge, well understanding about popular topology such as Totem-pole PFC, Vienna PFC, T-NPC, ANPC, flyback, LLC, DAB, etc.
? Solid magnetics design skill and experience
? Familiar with AC/DC PSU EMC and Safety regulation, familiar with engineering tools such as MatchCAD, SIMetrix, PSIM, PADs,
? Self-motivated, passionate work, good team work
? Good English
? 電力電子或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷, 碩士以上學(xué)歷優(yōu)先考慮；
? 數(shù)字控制大功率功率系統(tǒng)開發(fā)經(jīng)驗，本科學(xué)歷10年以上；碩士研究生學(xué)歷，7年以上；博士研究生學(xué)歷，4年以上；
? 扎實的電力電子技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)和較強的動手能力，熟悉電力電子線路，基礎(chǔ)控制理論和功率半導(dǎo)體器件特性；有固態(tài)變壓器研發(fā)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
? 對Totem-pole PFC, Vienna PFC, T-NPC, ANPC, flyback, LLC, CLLC, DAB等拓?fù)溆猩钊氲牧私狻?? 扎實的磁性元器件設(shè)計經(jīng)驗
? 熟悉AC / DC PSU的EMC和安規(guī)設(shè)計, 熟練掌握MatchCAD, SIMetrix/Pspice, PADs等軟件
? 積極主動、善于溝通表達(dá)、團(tuán)隊合作性強
? 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力
