Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in departmental product requirement discussions, and
independently complete module design, coding, testing, and related
documentation in accordance with development specifications and processes.
2. Maintain and manage the online systems under your responsibility, ensuring
stable system operation.
3. Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and maintainability of
system code.
4. Continuously learn and follow industry new technology trends, and promote
the use of new technologies in projects.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a
related major, with 2 years or more of development experience in the
internet/computer software industry.
2. Possess a solid foundation in Java, have a certain understanding of JVM
principles, and have good programming skills in Java IO, multi-threading,
networking, etc.
3.Understand the basic architecture and principles of distributed systems, and
be proficient in using mainstream development frameworks such as Spring Boot,
Spring Cloud, MyBatis, MQ, ES, etc.
4. Possess certain database design and optimization experience, familiar with
relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB,
Redis).
5. Understand large model related technologies, project experience with AI
Agent is a plus.
6. Possess good communication skills, resilience to stress, and teamwork
spirit; be good at thinking, and able to independently analyze and solve
problems.
7. Passionate about new technologies, with the ability for self-motivation and
continuous learning, and attention to industry development trends and best
practices.
8. Possess good English reading and writing skills, capable of reading English
technical documentation.
