Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
● BA/BS with 6 years of experience or MBA/MS with 5 years of experience or PhD/JD with 1 year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of relevant experience
● Strong people management skills and the ability to effectively lead teams
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
● Exceptional analytical skills, enabling interpretation of complex data and informed decision-making
● Effective communication skills across different levels of the organization
● Experience in strategic planning and project management within a complex, global environment
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
● A Master’s degree coupled with relevant pharmaceutical experience
● Experience in sales and marketing
