How You’ll Make an Impact
Digitalization（70%）：
61 在PTC DTO和LOE Manager的指導下制定公司數(shù)字化發(fā)展的藍圖和路線圖。
61 負責總部MES項目的實施，包括但不限于負責相關系統(tǒng)需求分析、方案溝通、運維支持，參與系統(tǒng)實施以及系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化等工作。
61 負責工廠其他數(shù)字化項目，包括完善需求、邏輯，推進項目實施；實施過程需扮演項目經理角色、管理項目進程、執(zhí)行效果評價和升級維護；針對部分需求進行自我開發(fā)，構建數(shù)字化APP。
61 提升工廠數(shù)字化文化和能力建設：推動工廠的低代碼開發(fā)（如APA、簡道云、IoT…）的學習、支持指導其他成員的項目開發(fā)、交流、宣傳。
61 參與PTC或與總部的溝通和***實踐分享，負責推進可借鑒項目的實施。
Operation excellence（30%）：
61 參與和支持公司戰(zhàn)略管理，籌備戰(zhàn)略會，跟蹤戰(zhàn)略項目實施。
61 參與精益基層改善活動（lean dojo），負責KPIs的收集和展示，協(xié)助管理者分析差異原因、制訂改善行動計劃、展示***經驗。參與工廠內、PTC或與總部的***實踐分享。。
61 關注精益工具的培訓和精益文化和推廣。
61 深度參與自動化轉型項目，包括需求分析、設備方案評估、設備導入、管理設備安裝-調試-驗收
61 5.上級主管安排的臨時性項目和工作要求。

What You Bring
1. 全日制統(tǒng)招大學本科及以上學歷，計算機/信息管理/軟件工程相關專業(yè)；
2. 工作經驗4年以上，有后端開發(fā)經驗，熟悉工具應用，如ASP.Net、C#、JAVA、Python;熟悉SQL Server,Oracle等常規(guī)數(shù)據(jù)的使用；網(wǎng)頁前端開發(fā)和工具應用經驗is a plus.
3. 有 MES 項目經驗優(yōu)先
4. 具備良好的信息化系統(tǒng)設計及方案編寫能力， 善于團隊溝通協(xié)調，并能獨立完成需求調研、項目設計、建議方案，同時具備較強的溝通能力
5. 有自動化項目,熟悉工業(yè)通信協(xié)議，如Modbus/TCP, OPC UA, MQTT,PROFINET更優(yōu)
