A Snapshot of Your Day
As an OEPC Sales Representative, you will start your day with a team meeting to align on goals and strategies. You'll engage with customers, leading crucial sales activities and honing flawless bid strategies. Your work will be crucial in driving Siemens Energy’s mission forward, crafting meaningful impacts on both our team and our customers by promoting world-class energy solutions. Our team thrives on collaboration, inclusiveness, and a shared ambition to excel in all our endeavors.
How You’ll Make an Impact
● Lead all sales activities within your assigned area, ensuring the flawless execution of project lead management and bidding preparation.
● Define and implement successful bid/win strategies, establish technical solutions, and coordinate proposal-relevant documents.
● Support commercial negotiations and project management, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
● Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners within your sales area.
● Update market requirements and manage the sales pipeline/SF in your assigned area.
● Take on other tasks as assigned by your manager to drive success in your role.
What You Bring
● Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
● Over 3 years of sales or marketing-related work experience.
● Basic knowledge of power transmission products, including power transformers, gas/air insulated switchgear, circuit breakers, and surge arresters.
● Workable English
● International project experience or experience in an international working environment is a plus.
● Outstanding communication skills and a proven ability to promote Siemens Energy products.
● Strong willingness to drive Siemens Energy’s mission forward with passion and determination.
● EHS know-how and a strict quality sensitivity.
