How You’ll Make an Impact

Digitalization（70%）：


● 在PTC DTO和LOE Manager的指導(dǎo)下制定公司數(shù)字化發(fā)展的藍圖和路線圖。
● 負責(zé)總部MES項目的實施，包括但不限于負責(zé)相關(guān)系統(tǒng)需求分析、方案溝通、運維支持，參與系統(tǒng)實施以及系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化等工作。
● 負責(zé)工廠其他數(shù)字化項目，包括完善需求、邏輯，推進項目實施；實施過程需扮演項目經(jīng)理角色、管理項目進程、執(zhí)行效果評價和升級維護；針對部分需求進行自我開發(fā)，構(gòu)建數(shù)字化APP。
● 提升工廠數(shù)字化文化和能力建設(shè)：推動工廠的低代碼開發(fā)（如APA、簡道云、IoT…）的學(xué)習(xí)、支持指導(dǎo)其他成員的項目開發(fā)、交流、宣傳。
● 參與PTC或與總部的溝通和***實踐分享，負責(zé)推進可借鑒項目的實施。

Operation excellence（30%）：


● 參與和支持公司戰(zhàn)略管理，籌備戰(zhàn)略會，跟蹤戰(zhàn)略項目實施。
● 參與精益基層改善活動（lean dojo），負責(zé)KPIs的收集和展示，協(xié)助管理者分析差異原因、制訂改善行動計劃、展示***經(jīng)驗。參與工廠內(nèi)、PTC或與總部的***實踐分享。。
● 關(guān)注精益工具的培訓(xùn)和精益文化和推廣。
● 深度參與自動化轉(zhuǎn)型項目，包括需求分析、設(shè)備方案評估、設(shè)備導(dǎo)入、管理設(shè)備安裝-調(diào)試-驗收
● 上級主管安排的臨時性項目和工作要求。

What You Bring


● 全日制統(tǒng)招大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，計算機/信息管理/軟件工程相關(guān)專業(yè)；
● 工作經(jīng)驗4年以上，有軟件開發(fā)維護經(jīng)驗，熟練運用數(shù)據(jù)庫等模塊式算法和設(shè)計模式，如Alteryx、Tableau、Mendix、PowerBI;網(wǎng)站后端開發(fā)和工具應(yīng)用，如Net、C#、JAVA、Python;網(wǎng)頁前端開發(fā)和工具應(yīng)用，如Vue、React或Angular、WPF;
● 有 MES 或 WMS 項目開發(fā)經(jīng)驗
● 具備良好的信息化系統(tǒng)設(shè)計及方案編寫能力， 善于團隊溝通協(xié)調(diào)，并能獨立完成需求調(diào)研、項目設(shè)計、建議方案，同時具備較強的溝通能力
● 有自動化項目,OT經(jīng)驗更優(yōu)
