職責描述：
? 負責電機相關需求分析與SOR開發(fā)，負責電機設計和方案審核， 負責電機電磁設計分析和測試；
Responsible for motor requirement analysis and SOR development, responsible for motor design and review、electromagnetic analysis and testing;
? 負責制訂電機相關的開發(fā)流程和技術規(guī)范；
Build up motor-related development procedure and technical specifications;
? 編制相關產品DFMEA，編制DVP及PVP; 編制產品、零部件測量規(guī)范、外購件技術規(guī)范等；
Prepare related products DFMEA, prepare DVP and PVP; Prepare product measurement specifications, technical specifications for purchased parts
? 負責與客戶和供應商的技術評審和交流等；
Responsible for technical review and communication with customers and suppliers;
? 協助質量部門解決供應商零件質量問題和客戶質量問題等；
Support quality department to solving outsourcing quality problems and customer quality issues;
任職要求：
? 具有碩士或以上學歷, 電機工程或機電相關專業(yè)；
Master's degree or above, major in electrical engineering or electromechanical;
? 對汽車行業(yè)電機驅動產品未來技術方向有比較深的認識，熟悉行業(yè)技術動向；
Deep understanding of the future technical direction of motor drive products in the automotive industry, familiar with industry technology trends;
? 3年以上電機產品開發(fā)工作經驗，有超高速電機產品開發(fā)經驗者優(yōu)先；
More than 3 years’ experience in motor development, experience in ultra-high speed motor development is plus.
精通永磁同步電機設計理論，精通電機高頻鐵損耗計算，電機電磁噪聲分析計算，電機溫升計算，電機交直軸電感計算, 精通Ansoft/Ansys/MotorCAD/Jmag中的一種 ;
Professional in permanent magnet synchronous motor design, good at motor high-frequency iron loss calculation, motor electromagnetic noise analysis and calculation, motor temperature rise calculation, motor cross-axis inductance calculation, professional in one of Ansoft/Ansys/MotorCAD/Jmag
? 溝通能力強，善于團隊合作，善于協調內外部資源解決問題；
Strong communication skills, good teamwork, and good at coordinating internal and external resources
? 對工作有熱情，執(zhí)行力強，獨立工作能力強，富于創(chuàng)新；
Passion for work, strong execution, strong independent work ability and innovation;
? 良好的英語基礎，較強的英文文獻閱讀能力和口語交流能力。
Good English Language Skills, both english literature and fluent discussion
