We are looking for an HSE Regional Leader, who will be a member of the SPS HSE Leadership Team, responsible for the APAC Region. The role reports to the Vice President HSE and has multiple direct reports. As the Regional HSE Leader, the successful candidate must be results driven and able to develop strong relationships with the SPS business leaders, our sites and One Honeywell. The candidate must be compliance focused and provide hands-on support to sites with the ability to deploy continuous improvement through a strong MOS to drive goals and objectives and improve culture and behaviors. We are looking for a strong people and process leader, capable of managing HSE professionals across multiple SPS Gold Business Enterprises in APAC as well as oversight of Office and Low Risk sites and field work activities. The individual must be a well-rounded leader that can manage health, safety and environmental programs in a manufacturing environment and able to coach/mentor a team of HSE professionals across various countries. Key Responsibilities: 1.Developing and executing a regional compliance strategy consisting of both Honeywell HSE Management System and regulatory requirements at all APAC locations. 2.Continued focus on injury reduction through culture and behaviors initiatives. 3.Improving environmental and sustainability performance (permits, waste management, wastewater compliance, energy and GHG reduction). 4.Leading the execution of the SPS HSE vision and mission through deployment of the HSE Management System. 5.Partner with the SPS leadership to achieve the SPS goals and objectives. 6.Ability to reduce the risk profile of sites in SPS by identifying gaps through self-assessments and audits, gembas, and agency and 3rd party inspections. 7.Lead regional incident investigation and root cause and corrective action process. 8.Strong ability to use HOS/Lean Practices and Principles to develop, deploy and continuously improve HSE results and improve efficiencies. 9.Support the SPS APAC Sites with adequate reviews/visits/inspections to drive continuous improvement in HSE. 10.Work in concert with Corporate HSEPS to assure consistent and effective auditing of regulatory requirements and Honeywell Level 1 and Level 2 Standards.
