The Role
Provide sales support to sales team and customers
- To sort files like contracts, quotations, bidding documents, faxes and
mails, etc.
- To maintain customer database, and information in the relevant systems, etc.
- To book service jobs/orders into ERP system and follow up the order
processing including order status monitoring, issue of pending order, order
close, order invoice, etc.
- To prepare monthly statistics report.
