Based on your interests, skills, and abilities, you may enter rotations designed to prepare you for your field role in; aftermarket sales, machine sales, marketing, dealer development, product applications to name a few. While working in the rotational assignments, you will have opportunities to travel internationally and to regional Caterpillar facilities and customer sites.
